When we feel anxious it's hard to enjoy the moment. We are constantly thinking and worrying about what's next and what can go wrong in our lives. We feel tense, tired, and stressed with everything - relationships, work, and our children. In working with anxiety, I help people develop a new sense of confidence in themselves so that they can handle the stressful areas of their lives. I help people understand themselves more deeply and know how to react to situations so that they can experience more peace and connection.
