Welcome to my practice:

I provide therapy to adults, couples, and children in and around Pasadena and the Downtown Los Angeles area.  I work in a private practice setting at the Sync Counseling Center.

My journey to become a therapist first started when I worked at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory.  It was a very creative and scientific environment where I saw people come alive through their work and passions.  But for myself, I knew something was missing.  I didn’t feel alive or comfortable and often wondered where my place was in this world.  This discontentment caused me to embark on a path of self-exploration and after six long years I left my job to become a licensed therapist.

It’s  a joy of mine to be able to walk alongside people who are often dealing with the stressful and painful areas of their lives and help them find themselves and their way out into more freedom and connection.
